How to Use the Wireless Microphone System: 1. Short press the power button on the transmitter. The screen will light up. 2. Insert a microphone into the transmitter and secure it. 3. Short press the power button on the receiver. The "BAT." light will turn blue. 4. Plug the receiver into the mic-in jack of the device (choose the correct adapter). 5. Ensure the transmitter and receiver are paired successfully. If the "BAT" and "RF/AF" lights on the receiver are both blue, the pairing is successful. 6. You can now record, take a video, or amplify your voice.

Troubleshooting:

Why is the sound small? 1. Ensure the product is successfully paired and can record normally. 2. Check if all 3 microphones have low volume or just part of the mic. 3. Adjust the volume of the microphone transmitter (21 sets of volume, U000-U020). 4. Adjust the volume of the speaker. 5. If the above methods cannot solve the problem, contact the seller.

Why can't I hear from the device? 1. After recording, unplug the receiver and then play the recorded audio. 2. The microphone will occupy the speaker of the device, so you cannot hear the recording when the receiver is plugged in. 3. This microphone system cannot be used directly for video conversations or online meetings. 4. If you still can't hear your voice after unplugging the transmitter, contact the seller for more detailed help.

Why can't the transmitter or receiver hold a charge? 1. Check if the transmitter and receiver can be charged normally. 2. Charging overnight is too long; normal full charging takes 2-3 hours. 3. When the receiver appears red light or the transmitter battery symbol flashes, turn off the power and charge immediately. 4. Contact the seller for more detailed assistance.
